June Krafty Krop Challenge #1 - Fussy Cutting!!

Good morning everybody!! This is Krafty Girl, Melanie!! I'm so excited for today's online Krafty Krop! My challenge topic is Fussy Cutting and I've used one of the adorable new images from the new Lil Swashbucklers set! I love fussy cutting my images. I always work with my Cutterbee scissors because they are very sharp and come to a tiny point which is perfect for working around tiny details. Another tip is to run around the edge of your cut image with a marker to cover the white paper core. This helps your image to blend seamlessly into your project. If you've stamped your image in black ink, just use a deep gray or black marker. If you've used a light coloured ink for the "no lines" technique like I have here, colour the edges of the image with markers that match each area if your image. I hope you play along... I can't wait to see what you create!!

You have until Sunday, June 29th at midnight to upload your kreation for a chance to WIN at $10 Gift Card to Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!!  And this is open to EVERYONE!!  We'd love to see your KKS kreations but feel free to use ANY stamp!  We want everyone to play along!!
